At The Real Gem, every piece of jewellery is carefully hand-finished, beautifully packaged, and securely shipped. We take pride in ensuring your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
UK Delivery
We’re delighted to offer free, fully insured UK delivery on all orders. Every parcel is dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery — a fast, tracked, and signed-for service that guarantees next-day delivery once shipped.

In-stock items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours for Next Day Delivery

Bespoke or made-to-order pieces: Usually dispatched within 2–4 weeks, depending on design and production time

Out-of-stock items: You’ll be notified of the estimated dispatch date before payment is processed
We keep a wide selection of our most popular jewellery pieces in stock for immediate dispatch. However, due to the wide range of ring sizes and bespoke options available, some items may need to be made or adjusted especially for you.
If an item is not in stock, we will contact you promptly with an estimated dispatch timeframe — typically 7–10 days or 3-4 weeks, depending on the piece.
You’ll receive an email confirmation within a few hours of placing your order (or when our office reopens if outside working hours). Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm (GMT).
If your order requires a longer dispatch time, no payment will be taken until you have confirmed that the revised delivery schedule is acceptable. Once accepted, full payment will be processed, and your item will be reserved for production.
Once your jewellery has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Service & Security
All parcels are fully insured and require a signature upon receipt. For your security, deliveries cannot be left unattended or redirected after dispatch.
If you’re not available to sign, Royal Mail will leave a card with details for redelivery or collection.
Our partnership with Royal Mail Special Delivery ensures that your jewellery is handled with the highest level of care, arriving swiftly and securely.
Packaging & Presentation

International Delivery
We’re proud to offer FREE worldwide delivery on all international orders. Every parcel is shipped securely via DHL or FedEx, fully insured from dispatch to delivery.
Dispatch & Processing:
In-stock international orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. If immediate dispatch isn’t possible, you’ll receive an estimated date before payment is processed.
